Abstract: | Having used Inventor for several years, I always wanted to attempt new models, and searched various textbooks etc. for ideas, and am sure most readers will have done the same. I then decided that a book of exercises would be very useful to all feature-based modelling users who wanted additional models to attempt. The book is not intended as a teaching manual, as I assume that readers have FBM experience and know how to use Inventor® (or other software) for their own requirements. The book is, as the title says, a series of Inventor exercises covering several Inventor ‘topics’, including: • sketches; • part models; • assemblies; • drawing layouts; • presentations; • sheet metal design; and • welding. |
