Abstract: This project investigates the use of Peltier elements as an alternative to traditional vapor compression refrigeration systems. Vapor compression systems, while widely used, rely on refrigerants that can have negative environmental impacts.
Description: This project explores an alternative method for vapor compression refrigeration systems by utilizing Peltier elements. Conducted by final-year students from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Politeknik Mukah, the study aims to evaluate the feasibility, efficiency, and practicality of thermoelectric cooling as a sustainable refrigeration solution.
