dc.description.abstractGreen Technology and Engineering 2020 (Greentech2020) Virtual Conference was auspiciously convened on October 15-16, 2020 anchored on the theme ‘Energizing Sustainability through Smart Society’. This virtual conference is a joined collaboration between Politeknik Sultan Azlan Shah (PSAS), and the Research and Innovation Center, Department of Polytechnics and Community Colleges Education (DPCCE), which was conducted via Microsoft Teams platform. The commencement of the Greentech 2020 Virtual Conference and the publication of these eproceedings marked another milestone for PSAS, as it is the first conference conducted virtually at the national level. Thus, it sets another standard for the Commercialization, Research, and Innovation Unit, in conducting such an event in the future. From this event, Greentech2020 had successfully yielded 92 research articles from diverse disciplines including green technology, engineering, and social sciences, which are compiled in this e-proceedings. These research papers are contributed by researchers who are mostly lecturers, students, and academicians from polytechnics, community colleges, other institutions, and organizations nationwide. As the conference aspires to be a platform that produces reliable and quality research papers, each submitted manuscript went through a Turnitin test and a rigorous peer-reviewed process. We hope that this e-proceeding could be a credible and relevant source of reference for lecturers, students, and the industry. Thus, the e-proceeding anticipates more quality research papers in the future covering a wide range of disciplines both applied and fundamental research.ms_IN
