Abstract

INTRODUCTION TO RESORT exposes students with the necessary knowledge related to resort in tourism and hospitality industry. Students will gain exposure to the wide range of facilities, recreational and club management activities offered by resorts as well as meeting up to the expectations of resort guests. Besides that, students will also gain knowledge on resort safety, security and current trends in resort industry. The chapters in this ebook are aligned with the most recent syllabus recommeded by the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia's department of Polytechnic and Community College Education.
