dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this project is to design a portable solar powered wheelbarrow that uses a motor power of 8 kW. The main factor for using a wheelbarrow is to pick up heavy items such as sand, cement, bricks and other bulky items easily. This solar powered wheelbarrow also plays an important role in replacing manpower and saving energy. In addition, this engine-powered wheelbarrow is also easy to be carried anywhere. This project is an alternative for consumers who still use wheelbarrows in the field of construction work, agriculture, fisheries and other heavy manual work. Throughout the process of completing the design of the engine-powered wheelbarrow, many mechanical and practical theories were applied, which were adapted according to the suitability of its users. This design project provides many opportunities to add our knowledge and experience. However, this project still has its shortcomings and weaknesses that can still be improved and have the potential to grow in line with the objectives of this design construction. Overall, this engine-powered wheelbarrow works well.ms_IN
