Abstract: Unlocking the Secret of TVET Digitization is an edited volume that explores the transformation of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) through digital technologies in response to the evolving demands of Industry 4.0 and the post-pandemic educational landscape. The book brings together contributions from educators across Malaysian Polytechnics and Community Colleges (POLYCC) to examine key aspects of TVET digitization, including digital literacy among instructors, innovative teaching pedagogies, virtual laboratories, mobile learning, soft skills development, educational applications, and digital presentation tools. It highlights practical strategies for integrating information and communication technologies (ICT), Internet of Things (IoT), blended learning, and online learning platforms to enhance teaching effectiveness and student engagement. The chapters also discuss challenges related to digital transformation, curriculum development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and educators' readiness while proposing approaches to strengthen digital competencies and future-proof TVET education.
