Abstract: Close range photogrammetry (CRP) is widely used in the field of surveying and slowly replaces aerial photogrammetry. CRP has a variety of usages such as constructing three-dimensional modelling, deformation survey, industrial photogrammetry and traffic accident reconstruction. CRP is a technique which requires low cost of collecting measurements of the real world which is accurately from the photographs. The equipment used for CRP is cheaper and has lower cost of operation as compared to the conventional technique or terrestrial laser scanner. The main purpose of this study is to build 3D modelling object by using Non-matric camera. There are two main task such as calibrate the non-matric camera and modelling the object. A software has been used in completing this study a Photo Modeler Pro 5.0. The final output of this project is 3D modelling of the object. In conclusion, CRP technique using non-metric camera has capability to generate 3D modal with good accuracy.
