Abstract: All Polytechnic students who take material Science engineering subject must undergo practical task. Practical consist  of hour experiments that need to be done, namely torsion test, hear treatment, hardness test, and dye penetrant testing. After conducting an experiment, student must make observations, data analysis, the argument of the result in the discussion and also summarize all the analysis that been made in the conclusion all the analysis that has been made in the conclusion. These all need to be written in the practical report for each experiment that has been contained . This book is a lab sheet compilation for all the practical task that need to be done. It is also contained a report template for student to make a report after they conduct the experiment. Moreover, this workbook guide students to conduct an experiment and to write the report much easier and correctly.</description>
