Title: English Writing Competition 2021 : SHORT STORY : COVID-19 Authors: Politeknik Kuching Sarawak Abstract: COVID-19 turned our world around. Privacy, health care, our social life, intimacy, our environment and public places, our life had to be reshaped to deal with the deadly virus. The Student Admission and Development Division, Department of Polytechnic and Community College Education, in collaboration of Malaysian Polytechnic Communication Enhancement Council (MPCEC), Politeknik Kuching Sarawak and Kelab Debat and Pengucapan Awam POLIKU, organize a short story writing competition seeking original fiction about students’ life in the era of COVID-19. The students were asked to look at the adversity, resilience, sadness, and hope felt throughout the pandemic and create a short story based on the theme of ‘A COVID-19 Story.’ The three best entries were rewarded with a prize of RM1000 (no 1), RM700 (no 2) and RM500 (no 3). Ia memberikan hak kepada pemilik untuk menggunakan tanah berkenaan mengikut kebenaran yang dinyatakan didalam geran tanah tersebut. Sama ada untuk kegunaan binaan bangunan perumahan, pertanian atau untuk tujuan industri. Prosedur pecah bahagian dan pecah sempadan merupakan suatu prosedur bagi sesuatu hakmilik tanah dipecah sempadan kepada dua atau lebih bahagian supaya setiap satunya dipegang dibawah hakmilik yang berasingan oleh tuan punya tanah. Pelan atau geran tanah yang telah dipecah sempadan tersebut boleh dikeluarkan secara individu ataupun secara bersama. Proses utama sebelum penghasilan pelan atau geran tanah adalah proses melaksanakan pelan pra-hitungan ataupun Pre-com. Proses melukis pelan pra-hitungan ini memerlukan teknik yang betul supaya hasil kerja yang dikeluarkan menepati kehendak pemilik tanah. Salah satu perisian yang boleh digunakan untuk penghasilan pelan pra-hitungan ini adalah perisian CDS.
